Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.874 of 2015 dt.16-02-2016 2 / 2 Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents No. 1 to 3 to comply with order dated 22.01.2014 passed in Complaint Case No. 32 of 2014 by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi whereby and whereunder he had directed to institute an FIR on the basis of complaint filed by the petitioner and investigate the same. At the outset, it has been brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the application the police have already instituted an FIR pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 22.012014 vide Pupri P.S. Case No. 272 of 2015 on 12.11.2015.

Since the matter is under investigation and the main grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to investigate the aforesaid police case expeditiously and submit a report before the court of Jurisdictional Magistrate without any delay.
