Admittedly, in this case, the petitioner has not deposited the bank draft for the period August, 2014 to October, 2014 and December, 2014 and, at the same time, the shop was found closed on the day of inspection.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has deposited the bank draft of three months and could not deposit the bank draft for two months, makes a prayer for extension of time which has been refused. Already, both the Licensing Authority and the Appellate Authority have passed their orders. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a revision.
