The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. (Lohiya Nagar-OP) Case No. for the offences registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Today, a supplementary affidavit has been filed in this Court bringing on record the documents which the petitioner has deposited before the office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division, Begusarai in pursuance of the order dated 3/10/2016. The said documents have been duly received in his office and the endorsement has been made thereof on 17/10/2016. Taking into consideration the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30742 of 2016 (4) dt.18-10-2016 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
