The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.174 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the First Information Report by the informant that his uncle Ram Lakhan was going then his nephew Satyendra Kumar, s/o-Ramashray Bhagat and another Satendra Kumar @ Tantul met his uncle in the way and his uncle stated that Lakhan Rai and his two sons Raj Kumar and Nand Kishore as well as Raj Kumar Pandit had asked him to take the consideration money of Rs. 6 Lakhs of a land. On that day, on their assurance his uncle (the deceased) stayed there and on 26.04.2018, it is stated that his uncle was killed and dead
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73080 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 body was concealed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure-2, sale deed is annexed which shows consideration money has been paid to the uncle of informant. In the written report, only suspicion has been raised by the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge 13thcum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.
