ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 8.1.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. 51084 of 2012.

Considering the report of the Trial Court that the witnesses are being regularly examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail to the Petitioner in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2012 (Trial No. 16 of 2013) pending before the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, West Champaran, Bettiah, The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to abide by the Trial Plan and take all stringent steps against the witnesses who are not appearing regularly.
