The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.114 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354-B, 435 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is said to have assaulted Dhanu Kumar who has sustained simple injury, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
