2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 356/379/392/401/413 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown miscreants, riding on a motorcycle, snatched Rs.1.5 lacs from the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 19.5.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner has got six criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation as
