Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- (i) "For direction to the Station Head Officer of Bettiah Muffasil police station, West Champaran, to release tractor vehicle bearing registration no. BR 22Q 5047, chassis and engine no. JENB01332 to the petitioner seized in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No. 360/2017 lodged under Sections 30(D), 35, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Further any other order(s) may be passed, direction(s) issued and relief(s) given which the petitioner are entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
