The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 504, 506, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that one Rajiv Saraf took loan from the informant Ramesh Chandra Gupta and Shashi Kant Singh. When the informant demanded money then Rajiv Saraf issued a cheque of Rs. 47,00,000/- and made the informant partner in a coaching institute. But subsequently, the petitioners being staff of Rajif Saraf used to threaten and abuse the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27155 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2016 petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against Rajiv Saraf and the petitioners have been roped in the present case since they happened to be old staff of Rajiv Saraf. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Miss. Kshiprachala Anjalee, J.M., Ist Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 743 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
