Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jurawanpur PS Case No. 37/2017 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 277, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail. In the event the petitioners above named surrender and pray for regular bail before the court below, the court below is directed to dispose of the application for regular bail on the same day without being influenced by dismissal of the
