JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to remove the encroachment made over the public land, appertaining to Plot No. 788, Khata No. 150, Thana No. 208 of village Semra, Anchal Dinara, P.S. Natwar, District-Rohtas, but the learned counsel for
Patna High Court CWJC No.4287 of 2021(2) dt.26-08-2022 2/2 the petitioner has confined his relief to grant of liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Dinara, District-Rohtas i.e. the Respondent No. 4 for removal of the encroachment in question. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 before the Respondent No. 4 within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent No. 4 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
