Petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307/34 Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2018.

It is alleged in the First Information Report that the petitioner has caused firearm injury on the right side of Anil Yadav. The injury report of injured, Anil Yadav, has been annexed as Annexure-2, wherein, the Doctor after X-ray opined the injury to be simple in nature caused by firearm. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71325 of 2018(3) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
