JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 28-11-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21352 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.22 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender in time as he had gone outside to earn his livelihood.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per order dated 23.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21352 of 2018.
