In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order dated 23.8.2016 passed in Supply Appeal Case No. No.9 of 2014-15 by the District Magistrate, Khagaria by which he has rejected the appeal of the petitioner as having found that charges have been proved against him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in stead of pursuing the present proceeding he will prefer revision before the Commissioner, Munger.
In such view of the matter, if the petitioner files
Patna High Court CWJC No.2133 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 revision petition before the Commissioner, Munger he will be obliged to decide the revision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the revision petition.
With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
