AND For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre No.72 village Mahuawa Sagrauwa, Block-Mainatand, District-West Champaran and also for grant of all other consequential reliefs/benefits including payment current remuneration as well as arrears of remuneration."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
