The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No.12 of 2015 registered under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of offence and the delay of nine days caused in instituting the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Hakaru Yadav @ Hakur Yadav @Hakru Yadav, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bousi P.S.Case
