The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 516 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one knife, one key of motorcycle and one piece Dialex DC cough syrup have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is n custody since 02.07.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of recovery of alleged articles and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
