1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-16 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant contempt application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 01.05.2025 in CWJC No. 5191 of 2025.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on

Patna High Court MJC No.2525 of 2025(4) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 behalf of the State submits that the order dated 01.05.2025 in CWJC No. 5191 of 2025 has been complied with. It is next submitted that CWJC No. 5191 of 2025 was disposed of by an order dated 01.05.2025 with a direction to the Collector, Begusarai to dispose of the Jamabandi Appeal Case No. 67 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. It is submitted that Jamabandi Appeal Case No. 67 of 2024 has been dismissed by an order dated 13.08.2025, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner will avail his remedy in accordance with law against the order by which his Jamabandi Appeal Case No. 67 of 2024 has been rejected.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and the stand taken by the State, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application.

5. Accordingly, the instant contempt application is dismissed.
