JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to correct the memo of parties in as much as the Staff Selection Commission, Patna has been made party respondent, however, the party respondent should have been Central Selection Board Commission, Bihar, Patna.

The learned counsel may correct the array of parties during the course of the day.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the respondent no. 2 be directed to dispose off the said representation within a specified time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2710 of 2017 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within two weeks and in case such representation is filed before the respondent no. 2, then the same may be considered and disposed off within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order.
