JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-11-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects as pointed out by office within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 08.10.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.27781 of 2021. In paragraph '4' of the present application, the following statements have been made:- " That it is stated that the petitioner has been made an accused in the present case as Ram Lagan Mukhiya S/O Ridhan Mukhiya but on the vakalatnama the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Ram Lakhan Mukhiya S/O Rijhan Mukhiya as such in the bail application mistake has been done."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63012 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 typographical error had occurred inadvertently. Mr. Kalyan Shankar, learned APP for the State has no objection to carrying out the correction as prayed. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the name and father's name of the petitioner in Cr.Misc.No.27781 of 2021 in course of the day and accordingly all the records will be corrected.

The order dated 08.10.2021 passed by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.27781 of 2021 will be taken to have been passed with the correct name being Ram Lagan Mukhiya, son of Ridhan Mukhiya. Rest of the said order shall remain intact. This application stands disposed of.
