Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506 I.P.C.

Submission is that the petitioner was simply a member of unlawful assembly. No overt-act is alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the submission aforesaid and no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
