Case No. 634 of 2018 dated 28.10.2018 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

634 of 2018 was registered on the basis of written report submitted by one Suman Singh, Block Development Officer-cum-Block Supply Officer, Thawe.

The petitioner is neither the informant nor in any manner connected with the concerned case. 4.

In my considered opinion, the petitioner has no locus standi in the matter. Even otherwise, investigation is the statutory right of police. At this stage, the court has no say. There is nothing on record to suggest that investigation is being conducted in a proper manner.

In that view of the matter, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
