The application prays for modification in order dated 13.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 44385 of 2015 to extend the time granted to the petitioner for his surrender and furnishing of the bail bonds.

It is stated that the application was filed in July, 2016 itself which has now been placed for consideration. Diverse reasons have been given for not complying with the said order and for a prayer to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail Considering the statements made by the petitioner and Mr. Dayal, the application is allowed. The time granted under the said order dated 13.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44385 of 2015 for his surrender and furnishing of bail bonds is extended to 10th of January, 2017 subject to the condition that along with the bail bonds, the petitioner shall also file receipt/document showing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54966 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 deposit of a sum of Rs. 600/- with the District Legal Services Authority of the concerned district.

The aforesaid order dated 13.10.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 44385 of 2015 was passed in Kargahar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015 granting bail to the petitioner to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas.
