JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification of order dated 11.04.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1801 of 2016 to the extent that the time stipulated for surrender before the court below for furnishing bail bond be extended for a further period of three weeks.

It is contended that since the petitioner was diagnosed with Jaundice and was advised complete bed rest, she failed to comply with the order passed by this Court within time. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer for extension of time.

Regard being had to the submissions advanced at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27578 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 Bar, the application is allowed. The period of four weeks as stipulated in the order dated 11.04.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1801 of 2016 is extended by a further period of three weeks from today.
