JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. To quash the office order issued vide letter no. 376 dated 25/07/2022 issued under signature of Executive Officer, Nagar Parisad Daudnagar whereby & whereunder the claim of the petitioner regarding payment of fee of empaneled advocate has been rejected.

(b) To direct the respondent to pay the fee due bill for the work done on behalf of Nagar Parisad, Daudnagar,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12533 of 2023(3) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 Aurangabad before the Hon'ble High Court for the period between 24/05/2007 to May 2015 & from 13/07/2015 to 27/10/2015 Amount of Rs. 518200 (Five Lakh Eighteen thousand two hundred only) to the petitioner with statutory interest of 18% Ρ.A.

(c) To direct the respondent to make payment of fee due with immediate effect without any further delay."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
