Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance with regard to anomaly in the salary slip issued by the Finance Department as contained in Annexure-1 to this writ application, the remedy, in the first instance, will be moving appropriate authority of the Finance Department who is expected to look into such grievance of the petitioner and take a final decision in accordance with law.

That being so, if the petitioner approaches the Principal

Patna High Court CWJC No.10345 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 Secretary of the Finance Department by raising a grievance against the salary slip, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the receipt of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
