2. The supplementary counter affidavit filed by the State is taken on record.

3. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar within four weeks for redressal of his grievances.

4. If such a representation is filed, the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar will look into it and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law so as to see that Angika language could receive significance as has been submitted by the petitioners.

5. While considering the representation of the petitioner, the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar will also take into account that languages such as Bengali, Urdu, Farsi are being given preference over Angika and teachers of Angika language are not being appointed though the Angika language is being taught in Bhagalpur University as a Post-Graduate subject.

6. The representation must be disposed off within
