2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 29.09.2017 at 05:00 pm, daughter of the informant went to the house of co-accused Deepak Kumar but did not return. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, petitioner was not present in India and he was in Dubai, in support of the same, he has annexed photocopy of Visa as well as residential
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51600 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 card of Dubai at Annexure-P/2 to the bail application. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner by contending that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation and in statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has stated that this petitioner called her on phone and, thereafter, sold her to co-accused Ashutosh Kumar, who used to beat and commit sexual assault with her.
6. In view of the gravity of the offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
