In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mehus P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the accused persons in order to kill assaulted the informant.

The petitioner has criminal history.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, the court below, preferably on the same day, will take decision in accordance with law without
