The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner and others kidnapped his minor daughter. The victim also made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed that petitioner took her from her house and thereafter petitioner along with other accused persons took her to Delhi. It appears that the occurrence took place in the mid night but the victim did not raise any hue and cry at the time of leaving her house. The victim did not complain any illtreatment at the hands of the petitioner and others. The petitioner is in jail custody since 12.05.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34883 of 2014 (3) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Araria in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 541 of 2013.
