The petitioner seeks regular bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 617/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report ,it is alleged that informant who is Executive Magistrate Nagar Parishad got information that some persons are collecting money with receipts. The informant made inspection and this petitioner was apprehended. Receipt and cash of Rs. 800/- from his possession was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some hot exchange has taken place between the informant and the person from whom the money was collected at the bus-stand and therefore, the instant case has been filed. He is in custody

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 617/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
