Petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh-Chowk) P.S. Case No.32 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation another co-accused was apprehended and he confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner. On such material the petitioner was remanded in this case from another case but petitioner has not been put on TIP and petitioner is in jail since 24.09.2018.

Considering the fact that save and except confession of co-accused, there appears no tangible material and petitioner has also not been put on TIP, petitioner, above named, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73594 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh-Chowk) P.S. Case No.32 of 2018.
