JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the Magadh University.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been paid all the retiral dues except leave encashment of 75 days and, during that period, he was appointed as a Chairman, Bihar State Pollution Control Board and the Board has remitted the amount of Rs. 3,28,929/- to the Magadh University and in turn the Magadh University has to pay the aforesaid amount to the petitioner which they have received from the office of the Bihar State Pollution Control Board.
In that view of the matter, this Court would direct the Magadh University to verify about the receipt of the aforesaid amount
Patna High Court CWJC No.11985 of 2015 dt.13-05-2016 and if the said amount has been received by the University, in that circumstances, the University would be obliged to pay the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
