Manjar had already been withdrawn by learned counsel for the petitioners. However, in the order dated 04.08.2016 does not indicate the same.

As such, let the order dated 04.08.2016 be confined only to petitioner no. 1, namely, Jaki @ Md. Jakki @ Zaki Ahmad and the word "petitioners" referred to in the order dated 04.08.2016 shall now be treated as "petitioner no. 1" only.
