====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Rail P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 366, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The dead body of daughter of the informant was recovered from Railway Track between Kauriya and Sarvadeh Halt. An UD Case No.25 of 2018 was registered after four days of recovery of dead body near Railway Track. The informant has lodged this case levelling allegation against this petitioner that he used to talk with his daughter. As such, mere suspicion has been raised by the informant against the petitioner in the written report. Petitioner is in custody since 14.6.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Rail P.S.
