Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of taking away the articles of the informant during travel by the train. Subsequently, one Ravi Kumar was apprehended, who confessed his guilt and suggests the involvement of co-accused Jai Prakash and this petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confession of the co-accused no material is available on records against the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36531 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with (Rai Samastipur) S.P.J. Rail P.S. Case No. 57 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Railway, J.M., Samastipur.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
