JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 4.2.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of Explosive Substances Act.

It is alleged that the informant's gold chain, mobile along with gold ornaments were robbed after he was being assaulted. The name of the petitioner subsequently sprang up in the confession of co accused.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 10 of the petition that the petitioner has not been identified in the test identification parade. Statement has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-FTC II, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S.
