The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a double barrel gun and six live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or his house. The cause of his false implication is his antecedent. He is in custody since 8.12.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63602 of 2021(2) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year 4 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case no. 198 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
