2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 118(2), 303(2), 325 and 351(2) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that from perusal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53712 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 of the FIR, it is evident that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is next submitted that the petitioners are the members of the mob and for the same incident a counterblast case was also lodged by one Ragni Kumari. It is further submitted that the injuries which are sustained by the prosecution side are simple in nature. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30168 of 2025. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners and has stated that the petitioners were part of the mob and there is a specific allegation against them of assaulting the informant and snatching away cash of Rs. 3,80,000/-.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedent coupled with the fact that similarly situated co- accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory

No.53712 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 3/3 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 529 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharitya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.).
