Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the outer house of the petitioner. No other family member of the petitioner is accused in this case.

Considering the bar of anticipatory bail under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act in the face of direct allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with C.I. P.S. Case No. 194 of 2020.
