The petitioner seeks bail in Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

34.650 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the husk-house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
