12-08-2015 Heard Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 17-06-2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 20180 of 2015 to the extent of extending the period for surrender before the court below for being released on bail, in view of earlier order. Earlier, while extending the privilege of anticipatory bail, this Court had observed that petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the date of order, shall be released on bail. The order has not been complied with and a prayer is being made for extending the period. Normally, this Court does not entertain such type of petition.
