JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 598/2016, instituted for the offence under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of these petitioners. Name of these petitioners has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Soyeb. Petitioners are in custody since 16.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65563 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st , Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 598/2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
