The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 196.920 litres Indian made foreign liquor from the semi-constructed house of Jagdish Sah, who was apprehended at the spot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is son of co-accused, Jagdish Sah and the aforesaid 196.920 litres Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the semi-constructed house of Jagdish Sah, in fact, petitioner used to reside separate to his father in another house and being

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
