2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 409, 420, 467, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 229 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he is a bonafide purchaser of the land from the informant and the sale deed has been registered in the Registry Office.

4. Learned APP for the State assisted by the learned counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the anticipatory bail petition.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence as alleged as well as criminal antecedents of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31516 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2/2 petitioner who had been made accused in the cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
