The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 326, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with coaccused Arvind Singh came at the house of the informant and started assaulting him and when his father came to his rescue, he was also assaulted. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63614 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/3 further alleged that on the order of this petitioner, coaccused Arvind Singh shot fire from his pistol which hit on the right thigh of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. The petitioner and informant are next door neighbours. The specific accusation of opening fire is against co-accused Arvind Singh. A statement has been made in para 16 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 551 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down
