The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act & Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.
As per allegation in the FIR, after breaking the lock of the school gate, co-accused Nagmani Singh entered there and looted away Rs. 30,000/- and on objection he damaged several items of school office. It is alleged that petitioner and other co-accused persons

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. It is also submitted that there is land dispute between the informant and co-accused Nagmani. It is further submitted that injury of Shyam Sundar is simple in nature. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused person has been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 09.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 22101 of 2022 passed in in Cr. Misc. No. 22101 of 2022 In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
