Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the extortion demand of Rs. 2,00,000/- were made through mobile from the retired father of the informant. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation, when C.D.R. of the alleged mobile by which demand of extortion was made found true.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37254 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
