This application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report (for brevity, FIR).

Petitioner is accused in Bihpur Police Station Case No 165 of 2018 dated 24.04.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been able to show whether any prejudice has been caused merely by lodging of the FIR as investigation is still continuing. This Court, therefore, is not persuaded to exercise jurisdiction under Sections 482 of Criminal Procedure Code for quashing of the FIR within the settled limited parameters for quashing of FIR.
