JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the cousin and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 302, 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about ten years of the marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim who is in custody and the victim, under some misconception, took pesticides as medicine as a result she died.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35222 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
